Blog Assignment Act I

Dear Honourable Brutus,

At this time in Rome, our lovely country is gradually falling into the hands of a filthy greedy tyrant. He is known as Caesar. This man is not worthy to rule this great land. Caesar is only in politics for the power. He is not a wolf but he sees the Romans as sheep. Many citizens have already let this man take control, but you oh great Brutus, you could stop this man. You could be the one to make a change in this country. If this man is not stopped, this country will fall like it did to the Tarquins. The real question today is ,why the citizens are treating this man as though he is some sort of god? He is just a man like you and I. Born the same as we were. He is seen as invisible, even though he is epileptic and deaf in one ear.

This man with many faults is being immortalized by our hypnotised citizens. You Marcus Brutus, our known as honourable. You are trusted by all, even Caesar. People agree with you Brutus. You are an amazing man, and you have amazing talents. You must take Caesar down before it is too late. Kill the serpent while it is still in the egg.

I cannot finish this letter Brutus without telling you my philosophy about you. Julius Caesar may be high in the citizens’ heads, but you will always be much higher in our hearts.

Sincerely, your #1 Brutus fan, Fluvius
